“Supporting neurodivergent young people to overcome barriers and shine.”
Positive Futures South Yorkshire is a dedicated support service for neurodivergent young people.
We understand that many young people face barriers that can affect their education, employment,
wellbeing, and ability to connect with others.
Our project is here to break down those barriers, celebrate strengths, and create opportunities for
every young person to thrive.

Through one-to-one support, group activities, and community connections, we help young people:

-
Build confidence and resilience
-
Access education, training, or employment opportunities
-
Develop life skills and independence
-
Connect with peers and supportive networks
-
Celebrate neurodiversity and individual strengths

We work alongside each young person, listening to their experiences and tailoring support to their unique needs. By removing obstacles and opening doors, Positive Futures South Yorkshire helps young people move forward with hope, confidence, and the chance to shine.

Who is it for?
