DFN Project SEARCH is an international transition to work programme committed to transforming the lives of young adults with learning disabilities and autism. We are harnessing the talent of a willing and committed workforce that is brimming with untapped potential.
We work collaboratively with partnerships, supporting a marginalised cohort and delivering transformative change. We are focused on supporting young adults with learning disabilities and autism into the world of work.
Our success rate sits at 65% of participants entering full time paid employment across our 78 UK based programmes, through a consistent and cohesive model. DFN Project SEARCH utilises the specialisms of its partnership and the full-time on-site professionals, who are on hand to support Interns and the host
organisations, in delivering transformative change across communities.
