About us:

 

We are a specialist recruitment agency for neurodivergent individuals around the UK. We connect job-seekers to job opportunities with neurodiversity friendly employers, to help them find meaningful employment. We offer specialist advice, job coaching, resources and give you access to our jobs board, where individuals can search and apply for jobs.

 

All neurodivergent adults over the age of 18 that are seeking work can access our service. They do not need to have a formal diagnosis. We also support employers to attract, recruit and integrate neurodivergent talent around the UK.
